Social Run groups are a great way to continue your running without pressure
Social Running is for people who can currently run for 5km and have no desire at this stage to increase their distance. Also ideal for those that would like to improve their 5k runs before progressing to increased distances
Monday - (2 groups)
Thursday - (2 groups)
All sessions will have one group that runs continuously and another group that will incorporate stops into their runs.
All sessions cater for all abilities as long as you are comfortable with running 5k. There are plenty of opportunities to regroup and no-one ever runs alone.
